Dishodex Privacy Policy

In short

Dishodex keeps everything you enter on your phone. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no internet access, so nothing you put into it is sent to us or to anyone else.

Dishodex is an Android app for storing your meals and planning your week, published on Google Play by Ballance Labs (“we”). This policy explains what the app stores and where that data goes.

What the app stores

Dishodex stores only what you type or pick in the app, in a database on your device:

• the name you give during setup
• your meals, and the slots (breakfast, lunch, dinner) they suit
• your labels and which meals wear them
• your weekly plan: which meal sits in which day and slot

This data never leaves your device through Dishodex. We cannot see it, and we have no copy of it.

What we don’t collect

Dishodex does not request internet access, so it cannot send data anywhere. It does not:

• ask you to create an account or sign in
• collect your location, contacts, photos or device identifiers
• include analytics, advertising or tracking libraries
• share or sell data to anyone, because we never receive any

Device backups

If backup is turned on in your Android settings, Android may include Dishodex’s data in your device backup to your Google account. That backup is made by Android and Google under your settings and Google’s Privacy Policy; we have no access to it. You can turn backup off in your device’s settings.

Google Play

Google Play may collect information about installs, crashes and app performance, depending on your device settings, and shares summary statistics with developers. Google collects this, not Dishodex, under Google’s Privacy Policy. We use what Google shares only to find and fix problems in the app.

Deleting your data

Uninstall Dishodex, or clear its storage in your device’s app settings, and everything it stored is deleted from the device. A copy may remain in your device backup until Android replaces or removes it.

Children

Dishodex is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
